3D Vision-Guided car door panel loading

Project background: In modern automobile manufacturing, the loading process of the door inner panel is crucial to production efficiency and product quality. In order to improve the automation level of the production line and reduce manual intervention, while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of feeding, the project adopts a cross-dimensional intelligent 3D vision software system to guide the robot to accurately locate and grasp the car door panel on the loading platform, and place the material in the designated position to complete the feeding.

  • Based on Dexforce’s intelligent DexVerse engine and 3D large model training, the system can guide and grasp according to different door panel positioning holes, which has strong flexibility and adaptability.
  • The vision system has good generalization ability, and it can be adapted by simple debugging for the new model system to help the factory speed up the production pace;
  • The general communication program of the built-in robot arm, combined with the robot simulation physical engine and the control algorithm, can achieve accurate and safe motion control, which can effectively deal with the problems such as compact field space and stacked door panels, and improve the operation stability.
