Case Background
Facing pain points such as high labor costs in supermarkets and the low efficiency of offline agricultural retail, DexForce Technology joined hands with Guangdong Rising Holdings Group and, powered by an embodied AI world model, created the industry's first fully autonomous end-to-end solution for selling agricultural products in supermarkets, empowering the rural economy while exploring technology-driven cost reduction and supporting rural revitalization.
Application Results and Value Validation
Fully Autonomous In-Store Service
With a built-in multimodal large model, the robot autonomously handles the full service flow, from greeting customers to recommending agricultural products. It accurately recognizes customers' waving gestures and waves back, requiring no human intervention at any point, bringing standardized, unmanned smart supermarket service to reality.
Stable and Efficient Delivery Across Multiple SKUs
With no additional scene-specific model training, the robot carries out the full workflow of precise recognition, grasping, and selling across many product categories, covering bagged, canned, boxed, and other packaging formats, achieving efficient delivery where products are “on sale as soon as they are shelved”.
Embodied AI Empowering Rural Revitalization
The robot closes the loop from order placement, autonomous navigation to locate goods, and precise multi-category grasping through to payment and handover, sharply reducing the operating costs of offline specialty agricultural products retail.
